Charity Safford from Ooredoo Myanmar, Min Zeya Phyo from Code2Lab and Myint Kyaw Thu from Total Gameplay Studio, joined Founder Institute Yangon this week to share insights on Product Development.
To get the feedback you need to build a successful company, releasing a product as quickly as possible is critical. The mentors shared learnings with founders on the basics of product development, and how to advance from an idea to an offering with a budget.
Charity shared her views on product development from a marketing perspective. “Every steps of product development must involve testing”, said Charity while stressing the importance of consumer insights while developing products.
Min Zeya Phyo talked about applying lean methodology, design thinking and agile development approach to develop minimum viable products and structured continuous feedback loop. He also talked about growth hacking and different metrics to measure the growth hack.
Myint Kyaw Thu shared his own experience from starting Total Gameplay Studio from scratch. He said that product development should start from the consumer’s point of view.
